@Lordtracer if a character is more powerful than another they still might lose in the fight

A Battles topic created by EmptyHand

You may answer but the main person ill respond to is @Lordtracer,
Characters like Superman might be more powerful than one-punch man, I can understand that, but even if that's the case, he still might lose considering one punch man's 1 punch abilities, let me just say, Spectre is clearly more powerful than the anti-monitor but he lost to the anti-monitor.
I want to try to prove me wrong

I agree with this.. one stat that is never tracked is the character's willingness to kill and that might be what is needed to stop them In an issue of Injustice (I think or JL), Batman was trying to teach Superman to fight by sparring Wonder Woman, but Supes just wouldn't. In the end Batman said that he would lose the fight to Wonder Woman, because she would go the final step if necessary and Superman would not. (Well don't tell the joker that tho!! LOL )

I am more than aware that a character that is inferior to their opponent can win. However, your two examples are both incredibly flawed. First of all, Saitama cannot one-punch everyone outside his verse. His attribute of being able to one-punch everything applies to his verse and his verse only. Saying he can one-punch everyone he's put up against is a no-limits fallacy and extremely incorrect. Secondly, The Spectre is not more powerful than The Anti-Monitor. If you read CoIE, you would know that The Spectre needed an amp from every hero in DC to match The Anti-Monitor, and he still lost. So no, The Spectre is not more powerful than The Anti-Monitor.

@LordTracer is 100% right. Saitama is only planetary and the only reason he seems so overpowered is that everything in his verse is weak. Put him up against Goku or Superman and he loses.

And? More powers doesn't equal more powerful.
