The High Evolutionary is a geneticist who sought to create a perfect species out of what he viewed as lower life forms, and build his own utopia. Founding his own research company OrgoCorp as a front for his genetic engineering experiments, he was responsible for the creation of numerous lifeforms across the galaxy. With the intent to form a flawless civilization evolved from animals for Counter-Earth, the High Evolutionary abducted and illegally evolved creatures such as Rocket Raccoon through bionic means, but the raccoon provided him the key information for developing Humanimals. read more
