Mary Maxwell's father Phillip worked as scientist whose focus was on DNA. This lead to him being pursued by the evil organization, S.T.E.A.L.T.H. When this finally caught up to him, Phillip injected his daughter with hummingbird DNA, giving her super speed. She would use these newfound powers to destroy S.T.E.A.L.T.H. before joining Earth 6's Justice League. read more
