History
Mark Mardon, nicknamed Weather Wizard by Cisco Ramon, is the older brother of the late Clyde Mardon and estranged father of Joslyn Jackam. After the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator erupted, Mark was affected by the dark matter wave the same way as his brother, gaining the ability to control the weather. Over a year later, Mark was imprisoned in the S.T.A.R. Labs Pipeline by The Flash, but was freed by Leonard Snart and Lisa Snart along with the rest of the imprisoned meta-humans. He later freed Snart and James Jesse to form the Rogues, the former of whom refused to work with him, instead choosing to warn Barry, only for Mardon and Jesse to be defeated by the Flash and sent to Iron Heights Prison. read more
