Galactus & Anti-Monitor (Pre-Crisis) The one the Nekron beat was post-COIE, so he was significantly weaker.
COIE Anti-Monitor could stalemate a Spectre that has been amped by sorcerers like Doctor Fate and the Phantom Stranger.

He also consumed the entire DC multiverse except for five, which only survived because of the Monitor.

He also overpowered a bunch of Guardians.

Nekron seems to have to put in a bit more effort.

Nekron & Knull Also Nekron beat Spectre, easier than AM did, and killed many Guardians.
