Silver Surfer & Martian Manhunter While Blue Marvel matched Sentry in raw strength and power, his power greatly varies. I'll start with things he can possibly do to Blue Marvel:
Punch him to death. His strength matches Superman and Wonder Woman, and he is arguably superior to them in strength. He harmed Superboy-Prime (1), and I need to say this is the Superboy-Prime who harmed Mr. Mxyzptlk (2), a 5th dimensional being (3), who casually toys around with Spectre (4) and destroys the Multiverse for fun.(5)
Telepathically destroy him. He easily gets into his mind, like he did to Spectre (6) , Vishnu (reality warper) (7) and others.
He can also phase through him and attack him by surprise.
