Team Darth Vader Revan I'd put him on par with Anakin in ROTS, they are both tier 9 duelists but Revan is far more experienced and consistent with force powers than Anakin, so I'd give him the marginal win.

Nihlus I'd put him on par with with Empire Strikes back Luke, again advantage because of being more experienced with force powers plus I don't see what that Luke can do against Nihlus force drain, gradnmaster Luke, no issue, but not empire Luke..

Palpatine, Plagueis, Dooku, Grievous can all solo the rest.

Vader too except Padme... because... you know... it's Padme.
