The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
Penance stare won't work on Knull, i remember Johnny Blaze did that to Venom and it had no effect at all and Knull is the creator of the symbiotes and Knull is an amortal he existed before the concept of life and death or whatever because he predates the universe itself

POWER/ABILITY TO:
Exist in a state of unbirth.
The power to exist in a state of unbirth. Not to be confused with Eternal Existence.
Capabilities:
The user exists as an unborn, rendering them unable to die due to not being alive, to begin with. The user may not have been alive in the very beginning of time or even before creation. The user essentially lives in a state of unbirth, neither living nor dead.
Universal Differences
This ability differs from any form of Immortality, which is defined as a living being who cannot die. Amortality means entities who cannot die because they were never alive to begin with. Even ghosts of people and other undead beings are not amortal as they were once living beings.

Eternal Existence
Immunity to Life and Death Manipulation.
Soullessness
Venom even soulessness same as Knull, Now don't tell me Knull was killed by drying in the sun. The reason why Knull can burn in the sun is because of the God of Light who helped Venom to defeat Knull, God of Light it's literally at least an abstract level being that's why also Venom doesn't burn in the sun and can fly very fast from earth to sun.
