Metamorpho can burn eyes or completely blind his foes, intoxicate/poison them, uncase them in metal or cement, affect breathing(and fighting ability), make the ground oily/slippery, generate fire, become intangible, stretch, cloud vision through smoke/powders, etc. Synapse has very powerful telepathy--and animapathy, as well. Plus, she depowers heroes/villains, too.
