Aizen (Monster) (Bleach) Ima do a little bit of scaling here, so if you don't like scaling you might as well sign off. Let's talk about kaguya, I will get this straight, she's multi planet to solar system level, why? Because the "timespace" she created is only stated in the guidebook to be able to destroy a planet, now if we look back at the kaguya arc, all her dimensions we see only have a planet and a star, so basically they're solar system sized dimensions, so going by that she's multi planet level-solar system. Let me explain why aizen is way above that. Let's talk about yamamoto, him in bankai with 1 arm was gonna destroy the soul society by just existing the soul society is universal In size since its parallel to heuco mundo which is infinite in size which implies universal size. With this yamamoto would be universal by statements, that's all I need to state for yamamoto. Now, the question is: how does aizen scale to yamamoto? Well it's simple really, in his 4th fusion he transcends hollow and shinigami, aizen has shown to have knowledge on yamamotos power since he created wonderweiss neg yamamotos shikai flames, aizen is the 2nd smartest character in bleach behind only kisuke so to say he can't put a 10x multiplier on top of yamamotos shikai would be huge intelligence downplay, aizen in his 4th fusion was getting destroyed by post dangai ichigo, and monster aizen is actually able to hurt post dangai ichigo implying there is a huge power jump between 4th fusion aizen and 5th fusion, which would mean monster aizen is >>> Bankai yamamoto. Not only that but aizen states when he's in monster form he doesn't only "transcend hollow and shinigami" he's on a higher plane than any hollow or shinigamj implying he surpassed all of them even further than before. Now we know aizen can evolve even further than his 5th fusion since he was still a "dimensional" tier below mugetsu ichigo in terms of power and yet he tanked the the mugetsu attack and started to completely fuse with his zanpakuto and ascend to a level beyond ichigos mugetsu form implying another insanely big jump in power, meaning that everytime aizen evolves he gets much stronger, so kaguya has nothing on this aizen.
