Omni-Man (Invincible) As i have calculated before Metro Man speed in his most impressive feat (in this feat he was chilling)

was like :

v = d/t

Where:
(d) is the distance covered (20 km or 20,000 meters)
(t) is the time taken (0.0417 seconds)

Plugging in the values, we get:
v = 20,000/0.0417 ≈ 479,616,306.7 m/s

(i have considered he covered a distance equivalent to walking across New York City ("Metro City" is basically NY), which we can roughly estimate as 20 kilometers (km). If he did this in the time it takes for one frame of a video to change to the next (assuming a frame rate of 24 frames per second), then the time taken would be approximately 1/24 seconds or about 0.0417 seconds.)

479,616,306.7 m/s almost Twice times faster than light (actually Yes, 479,616,306.7 m/s is indeed 1.60 times faster than the speed of light... that's 60% more than the speed of light)...but he was chilling during all this speed. While omni-man during his best feat of speed was extremely emotionally tense.

It took Omni-Man a week to get to Thraxa, as his own in-canon narration states:

The Virgo Cluster is 65 Million LYs away from Earth and Nolan travelled that distance in around 7 days.

SO

65,000,000 x 365 = 23,725,000,000 days it takes for light to reach the cluster.

23,725,000,000 ÷ 7 {days} = 3,389,285,714.29c

This feat would be a bare minimum of 3+ billion x SoL (3 billion more times the Speed of light).

SO i think Omni-Man STOMP only because we don't know how faster metro man can really be in a bloodlusted or extremelly emotional situation!!!
