not voted So...Crazy Jane vs Raven. Raven is powerful and so is Jane. The are the two powerhouses of their teams. But Jane has more control over her powers and more fighting experience. And more powers, some of which could be cosidered magical. Jane wins.
Starfire vs Negative Man: Starfire is a total badass in this different world...she is an expert fighter and knows how to use her powers well. Larry is also a walking nuclear bomb but the longer his negative spirit is out of him, the weaker her gets. Star stomps.
Cyborg vs Nightwing: Doom Patrol Cy is currently a low tier guy. Nightwing has the gadgetry to take him down.
Beast boy vs Rita: Rita's malleability makes her immune to almost any physical attack. Beast boy thrives on physical attacks. Rita claps him.
Hawk and Dove vs Cliff: No amount of martial arts can damage Cliff Steele. However, since Nightwing and Starfire would probably win their fights, they would join Hawk and Dove and defeat Cliff.
Chief with all the victors from Doom Patrol VS all the victors from Titans: Rita and Jane pulverise the remaining Titans tryinng to prootect Chief.
Verdict: Doom Patrol wins
