Gladiator is fine, a mid to low-high Herald.
Tighten is literally a non-factor. Caps at Large Buliding to City Block level.
Homelander is maybe city level. I'd probably have Omni-Man at planetary.

Hyperion has more explicit feats compared to Gladiator and just scales higher. If you don't accept scaling, he survived the collision of two universes.
Brightburn is yet again, a non-factor. Caps at large building level IIRC.
Captain Underpants is like planetary via scaling to other characters that have pushed planets. So him and Nolan could duke it out but they're still non-factors. Metro Man falls under the same categories as Tighten.

So it's Gladiator vs Hyperion, and I say Hyperion wins more times than not due to scaling higher, having a better success rate against other heralds etc etc etc.
