not voted Cooler is very similar to Iceman, but Iceman is the standard for cryokinesis(she has great feats with ice, though). Citizen Steel is like the Juggernaut of DC in effectiveness. Capt. Wonder is Thing/Colossus × 1.5 in strength, has flight, and he uses a Tommy gun. Supersonic is somewhere between Astro Boy(1million HP)* and kryptonian level. Holocaust is kryptonian level strength or near that. Plus, he does about anything with fire possible(except flight) and he causes massive explosions, as well(highly telepathy resistant, as well). Dynamic Man does have quality strength, but electromagnetic powers, too...
