consumption makes it grow bigger and stronger, can vastly extend itself compared to its size(never seen Reed extend as far as it could--it wrapped many coils around a skyscrapper when it was Herman sized), a level of superstrength(then it can also make great use of the size of its host or consume things for a lot of additional superstrength), energy consumption(possibly only smothering an out-of-control skyscraper fire), and reforms/regenerates*
WEAKNESS: As far as is known the only weakness is, an inward attack that destroys it. RC had a tech/science nerd(responsible for developing RC's updated body) that gave the Hermanator the means to destroy it from within. So, any Richards level personality could do the same thing...
*It's body could reform if any explosion left shards of itself or it had infected matter around someplace. A head blow would not slow it down; it regenerated its single head into 2(after RC shot a missile into its head). So, it was like Martian Manhunter as far as regeneration if he did not need his body to regenerate(it does not).
THE ONLY WEAKNESS IT HAS BESIDES MAGNETISM(guessing its countless nanoparticles are metallic) WOULD BE AN INTELLIGENT MIND(smart enough to engineer a computer network destroying virus and a delivery system inside it*): Not that it's unintelligent so that you could outsmart it, but, you can destroy it from within systemically like you could a computer network.
*The Herminator was the conduit in RC-AC series that allowed a major genius(gifted in techie-computer sciences: gave RC his best body to date, maybe by far) to put a virus into it.
