A little split on this one. The God Tempest power is contained within the object itself, in this case the uru forged into the hammer Mjolnir. Anyone who wields the hammer wields the God Tempest power but that power is still techincally contained within the object and not the character whereas the Phoenix Force is possessed within the character themselves. Still, the character that wields Mjolnir does have that power at their disposal as long as they have the hammer so I suppose we could list that as a power in any and all "worthy" characters that wield Mjolnir. I could hear either arguement but it seems reasonable for "worthy" characters as I'd mentioned. So, I'm leaning towards agreeing that it could be added.
