Ayrenn's History

Second Era

Ayrenn was born in 2E 555 in Alinor, Summerset Isles to King Hidellith and Queen Tuinden. Her birth was seen as significant by Altmer prophecies. In 2E 573 she disappeared from Summerset for unknown reasons. Her brother Naemon was named heir to the throne in her place. She spent years traveling across Tamriel, learning different skills. She became influential in places like Valenwood and Skyrim. In 2E 580, her father Hidellith passed away. Ayrenn returned to Summerset to claim her birthright as Queen, surprising everyone. She formed the First Aldmeri Dominion, allying the Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajiit against the threats of the time like the Alliance War. Her rule was challenged by the Veiled Heritance, a radical Altmer group. She defeated their plots and leaders like Estre. She officially became leader of the Dominion in a ritual at the Orrery of Elden Root, cementing her control over the alliance. Ayrenn helped unify the Khajiit lands and defeat threats like Javad Tharn. She was a driving force against the Daedric invasion during the Planemeld crisis.

Her Aldmeri Dominion played a major role in the Alliance War and Interregnum era of Tamriel. Her legacy inspired two later Aldmeri Dominions.Ayrenn's goal was to create a powerful utopian alliance that could defend Tamriel. She is regarded as one of the most influential Altmer rulers in history.
