Black Frieza's History

After the events of Broly, and during the Moro and Granolah Arcs, Frieza comes across a Hyperbolic Time Chamber in one of the worlds that he has conquered. There he was able to squeeze in 10 whole years worth of training. When Granolah and Gas wished to be the greatest warriors in the universe, that didn't apply to Frieza because he wasn't in the universe when either of the wishes were made.

When he returned from the chamber, he sought out Gas who was in the midst of a battle with True Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta. Gas, enraged to see Frieza standing in front of him, charges at Frieza only for Frieza to literally One-Shot him. Gas disintegrated from that one hit from Frieza and crumpled into dust. Frieza also made the point of telling Elec that he was the weakest of the Heeters before killing him too. Frieza then turns his attention to Goku and Vegeta who were confused as to how Frieza was able to kill Gas so easily when he was the universe's strongest warrior. Frieza explains what happened with the Hyperbola Time Chamber and how he trained in there for Ten whole years. He then transforms into his newest form that he attained in the Chamber, Black Frieza. Goku and Vegeta power up into Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego and prepares for Frieza who was charging straight at them. Frieza then proceeds to, again, One-Shot both Goku and Vegeta in their Ultra forms at the same time. He then decides to leave because they weren't important enough for him kill.
