Characters should be left to be edited by experts/or just people who are familiar with the character's powers + Their source materials for example from a (book, interviews, newspaper articles etc), rather than being left to one User to Upgrade and downgrade a character tier as he like.

@Hesperus First off I don't upgrade and downgrade a character as I like. I upgrade and downgrade based on feats and scaling plus research, understand that I have a job. This is a database. This collection is outdated because I edited more characters after that.
