Superman (DCEU) Yes he very much can Dodge lightning. Literally the only thing that was a confirmed change for mcu worthy cap from regular mcu cap is that he can pick it up and use lightning (while that's bogus because ragnorak obviously started the lightning came from Thor not the hammer) the lightning is NOT magic the hammer is so even if Superman couldn't be on the other side of the globe mere nanoseconds after he sees the beginning traces of lightning it wouldn't faze him because he can absorb energy. The only thing cap could do is hit Superman with the hammer (i.e. magic affects Superman and can kill him) which I'm all honesty Superman could snipe him from the moon with telescopic vision and Laser eyes
