What is specific about Dark Magic.
The description now makes it sound like Reality Warping, or maybe just plain Magic.
Should this be as powerful as regular Magic, or a bit lower, since it only covers a part of Magic?
Usually Dark Magic is associated with evil/forbidden aspects of magic and is usually treated as more powerful than normal users. At least I'd say it needs to be on par.

Currently Dark Magic has a Score of 10, and Magic a Score of 12.
Step one of the Power 'cleaning' update is to get decent score for each Power and remove unneeded and duplicate Powers. We can fine-tune after that.
