Darth Vader Both characters are smarter in their own different ways, Tony for overall technology and Vader with his own power that Tony himself does not possess. Even then this would be a fun fight but would end in Vader either crushing Tony's suit like a tin can or even grab move Tony himself by using the Force and begin smashing him all over the battlefield, even forcing him up close and getting cut down by Vader. Darth Vader Vader. Smarter, wiser, gifted with sheer power to destroy cruisers all alone. Also faster and far less predictable. Not a stomp but a good fight in Vader's favour.
