Is 'The Author' stronger than 'The Narrator' in any or all kinds of fiction, reality and beyond realities.

The Author here means the author in the conceptual(an abstract idea) form which may be said to be the strongest as concepts and all you know...
The Narrator also refers to the concept of the narrator itself but I took most of that from Fire S Mythos
The doubt here is that the narrator is a tool or a point of narrative view but the author composed that narrative and its ways. So, is 'The Author' stronger than the narrator.
Also, If we talk about these things in the 'conceptually' most powerful form then shouldn't 'The Creator' or 'The Source' which we after many and many fandoms, fantasies and posts have degraded many time by lowering its power when compared to beings we fantasized(eg. the narrator, etc.(too lazy to write any other example)) actually be the strongest as conceptually he should also have created every concept of concept itself as the name 'The Creator' or 'The Source' itself implies.
Although this is just my random casual thought I hope someone can answer it.
(Point out any mistakes if you find one.)
