4 Planetary / Star
5 Solar Systemic / Galactic
6 Multi-Galactic / Universal
7 Multi-Universal / Multiversal
8 Complex Multiversal / Hyperversal
9 Outerversal
10 Omniversal

characters at this tier should be (absolute transcends over the entire background of the verse, characters can be seen as the most powerful beings and are simply at the top of the food chain,) but this is a key part only referring to 1 character, who can be said to be the only and Truly Supreme above his grand design/ The Totality itself as the expression of absolutely everything, and they are so above all that exists that any attempt we have to scale to them is already meaningless.
