Overhaul's Kill Potential

Overhaul's quirk (the term used for superpowers in this universe) is Overhaul. It allows him to disassemble and reconstruct anything by physical contact through his hands. He essentially has the power to instantly kill or revive anyone, and he can limit it to certain body parts such as the upper body shown here.
