I actually had a theory that Infinity Ultron was a variant who succesfully dropped Sokovia and got taken by TVA for it where he stole Infinity Stones and escaped and started wiping out life across the multiverse and eventually ran into Kang and that What If season finale would be a set up for Kang Vs Ultron kinda like in comics but here two would fight across multiverse destroying many universes because of it until they eventually get to main universe which whould be plot of Secret Wars
