Godzilla's powers and abilities

Amphibious- Godzilla is perfectly comfortable underwater and on land.

Durability - Godzilla is capable of taking an immense amount of punishment due to his supremely durable hide and regeneration abilities. His most notable durability feats were enduring a miniature black hole and tanking the fallout from the destruction of the massive meteor Gorath.

Atomic Breath - Godzilla's most potent weapon is his atomic breath. A normal level breath is capable of killing or incapacitating most average kaiju in a single hit, notably demonstrated when it killed Megaguirus and Zilla and decapitated Gigan. Godzilla also has two variants of this ability, first being the Nuclear Pulse. This version sees the atomic energy released in a short range burst around Godzilla, decimating anything within range. This attack was used to kill Orga. Godzilla can also amp his normal breath into the Spiral Heat Ray, which killed Keizer Ghidorah (although it was amped from absorbing Keizer energy).

Energy Absorption - Godzilla can absorb and incorporate many energy sources into his body, such as lightning, plasma or Keizer energy. It can be assumed that Godzilla can absorb most forms of energy that are not explicitly directed attacks, as he was unable to absorb Maser fire or any of Keizer Ghidorah's attacks.

Natural Weapons - Godzilla's claws are a potent close range weapon and his scutes can be used to cut opponents or burn them with the heat the scutes generate.

Other Physical Traits - Godzilla is immensely strong, capable of shattering Megagiurus's stinger with only his jaws and even (while amped) throwing the massive 140,000 ton Keizer Ghidorah into the air. He also has seemingly endless stamina, being able to go from fight to fight over massive distances without any notable signs of fatigue.
