Guardian Taliyah's History

Guardian Taliyah comes from the Star Guardian parallel universe. The story follows the adventures of a group of high school students who choose to become cosmic protectors burdened with the power of living super novas and must battle cosmic enemies threatening the universe. However, they consequently learn of the anguish and perils associated with their newfound roles.

Unsure of who she is or who she wants to be, Taliyah was at a crossroads long before she took the Star Guardian oath... and now must balance her personal journey with fighting city-destroying monsters. Mousy at school, but brazen and loud in her Guardian uniform, she's learning a lot about herself... and how not to wipe out when surfing across the skyline on a giant wave of starlight.

Aru is still figuring things out too, but its enthusiasm overshadows any overt awkwardness. It just wants to be everyone’s friend! Sure, Aru is huggable, but it's also surprisingly athletic. Star-surfing alongside Taliyah is a favorite pastime, kicking up dust and ‘bahhing’ loud for all to hear.
