not voted Madrax is a child of Perpetua. Creator of Multiverse. Her will is probably second to only the Presence. That being said Madrax is Nigh Omnipotent and Night Omniscient. Vs God Emporer Doom who received his power by tricking the Beyonder who is Millions of times more powerful than the Marvel Universe. But in reality God Emporer Doom only really got like 80 percent of his power. Still more than the entire Marvel Universe. In the end Mandrax has the feats and the experience but Doom was already like a 12th level intellect and with time to control his new powers would win. GED for the win
