Molecule Man's powers and abilities

According to Uatu the Guardian, the Molecule Man is one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. All humans have latent genetic potential to develop vast psionic powers, and according to the Guardian, Owen possesses a potential greater than any other human being, a potential unleashed in the accident that gave him his powers.

Molecule Man can psionically manipulate all forms of matter and all known forms of energy (at this time, it remains to be determined whether or not mystical energy is an exception to this control). He can affect matter on an atomic and subatomic scale, for example, when he transmutes one substance into another, as well as on a molecular scale when he mentally changes the shape of an object. It can also affect material objects as a whole, without changing them on a molecular or atomic scale, for example, by levitating mountains. In fact, Molecule Man can mentally make matter and energy anything he wants. He has moved mountains and, with the help of the Silver Surfer, repaired damage to Earth that would have destroyed the planet. Initially, the Molecule Man imposed mental blocks on himself that prevented him from fully using his powers. He thought he was unable to act on organic molecules or affect energy. He has since discovered that he was wrong. Similarly, he originally relied on the use of an ordinary steel staff (his "wand") to focus his power, but here too he found he could control and direct his powers directly, without any intermediary. At first he was unable to recreate technologies he did not understand (for example, Iron-Man's armor which he was unable to fully reform) but, having developed mastery of his power, he can now handle the most complex technologies. Once the Molecule Man has effected a change in matter, it retains its new appearance until he voluntarily changes it. Even if he loses consciousness, matter will retain its new form. Molecule Man can also affect matter endowed with mystical properties – like Thor's hammer – that shaped by vast cosmic powers – like the Silver Surfer's board – and the most indestructible matter known and engineered by the man - like Captain America's shield. Molecule Man can convert matter into energy and vice versa, and create spatial distortions allowing him to travel to hyperspace. However, despite the extent of his powers,
