Ok. When I saw this power I felt like we had something similar already. Here it is: Tentacles
So, what can limbs do that tentacles can't?

Multiple limbs means you have more limbs, tentacles mean you just have tentacles. Like you can have only 2 tentacles rather than 2 arms.

@Tigerking2020 Your explanation makes no sense. 'Tentacles are tentacles and Limbs are Limbs... '. But what can limbs do more than tentacles? What is the difference between having 4 tentacles and 4 limbs?
