Escape from Krypton

Born in the House of Vex from Lana and Grivus Lilith, they taught Lynnaya combat and weaponry at a young age. Her parents mistreated her through the use of torture and obedience training. Because of this, she despised them, but always acted as if she loved them to keep them at bay. . Everything continued the same mostly until one day, after almost two decades of being gone, her father returned to the family with a frail, pale girl with white hair and blue highlights who went by the name Julie. Apparently, Julie was his child and was half human. Lynnaya’s Mother, Lana, grew furious and bitter and started taking her anger out on Lynnaya. This caused Lynnaya to resent Julie and those around her, making her life miserable. As if this wasn't enough the destruction of Krypton occurred, causing her to leave her entire family behind as life as she knew it came to an end and she was placed on an escape pod set for Earth. Despite her resentment towards her family Lyn loved her family and was heartbroken as she watched her home explode into a fiery rock in space.

New Family

Her escape pod crash-landed in the city of Metropolis where she would soon be taken in by a famous married couple, Tina and Bobby Vanderbelt. She was a quiet girl around them for quite a while until she opened up about her past and her new parents promised to keep both the public and government off her as much as they could. Layla accepted her public identity as a potential alien since when Krypton died she was still old enough to remember her childhood. Not long after Layla discovered her abilities as a Kryptonian and her unknown power to control the dead. Wanting to do right by her adopted parents Lyla became a superhero in her senior year of high school calling herself Necro Woman because of her ability. Ever since she’s been protecting Earth from threats both on and outside of Earth with a proud smile on her face.
