History of Olaf The Trollgod's Enchanted Hammer
The weapon was a hammer Olaf wielded while terrorizing his fellow villagers after being transformed into a troll in 880, Sweden. In 2001, Olaf was accidentally released from a crystal in Sunnydale along his Enchanted Hammer, and he used it to destroy the Bronze club. The troll was eventually defeated and banished, but his hammer stayed behind. Buffy kept Olaf's hammer as a souvenir, and it remained at the Magic Box placed on a display case with a concrete slab to support it. Later on, upon Anya's timely recommendation, Buffy used it to pummel Glorificus, a nigh invulnerable (nothing was able to cause her pain, except for magic seemingly, even that didn't stop her, only slowed her down) hell-goddess, into submission.
