Sticky Adding new OCs is back online in a limited form. You can create up to 3 OCs.
Previously created OCs won't be deleted if you already have more than 3.

The OC feature will stay in this form until further notice.
No need to ask for more OC slots.

P.S. The OC name is permanent and I will not be renaming any more OCs.

Can I create a custom power that is unique to my character and it isnt on the power list?
