Plasma Manipulation

Often referred to as Plasmokinesis, Plasma Manipulation is the ability to manipulate plasma, a state of matter consisting of fully ionized gas of low density containing an approximately equal number of positive ions and electrons. The user can create, shape, and manipulate plasma to create forcefields and blasts or beams of plasma or even melt objects. Plasma makes up things such as lightning and stars and it can be created by heating gases or subjecting them to powerful electromagnetic fields. Although they're unbound, the particles in plasma aren't "free" and when the charges move they generate electrical currents with magnetic fields, they are affected by each other's fields.
