Irradiated Physiology: Radion bore nuclear powers bestowed upon him through an exo-suit, causing a steady mutation in his cells that was slowly causing him to deteriorate.[1] But then gained natural powers of his own when Cir-El threw him into a future technology based power plant.[2]

Radiation Production: Radion boasted he could grow cankerous growths on the bodies of those around him.[3]

Energy Projection

Density Control: Radion can effect atomic mass with a gesture. Able to shift Superman's weight to hundreds of thousands of tons with ease.[1]

Molecular Reconstruction: Radion learned he could change matter and energy by gathering left over atoms around him to create and/or simulate whatever effect he desires.[4]

Energy Construct Creation

Illusion Casting: He could use his power over atoms in order to simulate atomic detonation with ease, radion has used it to cover his escape once or twice through this method.[4]
