Captain America Captain America has better physical attributes and on top of that his mental capacity is enhanced, this is something a lot of people overlook. He uses it mostly for combat, allowing him to think faster than a normal human could and gives him a photographic memory. This is why is fighting skills are so good, because he learns and adapts to fighting styles fast. Between his training and having experience fighting so many different types of opponents, his skills have to be top notch. Also this fast thinking aids in in being a great tactical fighter. I think Batman's edge would be the versatility of his gear and his prep time. I see Batman as the better strategist and Captain America as the better tactician. Batman's best option is to plan ahead of time, but Cap's enhanced mental capacity would allow him to adapt to the situation. Also both of them have a high level of determination, but I think Cap's may be a little higher.
