The Sceptre of Shadows was an object that belonged to the Night-Crawler in the Dark Dimension. It could cause complete darkness and was claimed to have far deadlier powers, but it was destroyed by Barbara Norriss, who had been trapped in the Dark Dimension with the Hulk, before he could use them to finish off the Hulk.
