- Added progress information for the Contributions.
-- Shows a progress bar to the next level
-- Shows the amount of 'points' needed for the next level

- Changed some of the Contribution levels.
-- Added Purple (Master) and Green (Ultra) levels.
-- Lowered the thresholds of some contributions.
