Roman (RWBY) & Neo (RWBY) Roman and Neo both have aura and Neo has a great semblance so I don't think the Joker and Harley Quinn would win

Tornado (OPM) Without a doubt imo, Tornado is much much more powerful. She pulled down an asteroid. I believe Glynda might have done the same thing in the RWBY Anthrology, but that's not canon. Even if Glynda's telekinesis was that strong, Tornado is stronger in many other abilities, including flying and manipulating people's life forces

Professor Goodwitch I think Glynda is much stronger and more capable. She has moved multiple heavy objects at once. But, it's hard to tell because she's not seen much in the show. Glynda is limited to telekinesis while Fubuki has psychokinesis, but Glynda is also older and more experienced.
