The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated
( INT^1.3 + (STR*0.5 )^2 + (SPE*0.5)^2 + DUR^1.6 + (POW + (SPS*SPL))^2 + COM^1.8 ) ^ TIER
Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
The Juubi’s eye has nine tomoes in total, arranged in three groups of three around the Rinnegan. This suggests that the Juubi has a very high level of power and control over its chakra and abilities. The Juubi can use various techniques with its eye, such as the Infinite Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that traps the entire world in an illusion, or the Truth-Seeking Ball, a sphere of black chakra that can destroy anything it touches.. The Juubi’s eye name is the Rinne Sharingan, a dōjutsu kekkei mōra that is the predecessor to the Rinnegan and Sharingan.
Madara’s third eye is the Rinne Sharingan, he awakened this eye on his forehead after regaining both of his Rinnegan and becoming the Ten-Tails’ jinchūriki. The Rinne Sharingan possesses the eye power of the Sharingan, and can be used to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi on the moon, a powerful genjutsu that can only be countered by the Rinnegan. Using this dōjutsu, Kaguya can also teleport herself and others to a series of alternate dimensions.
