Hades is a God, who already passively sustains the existence of a parallel multiverse (the Underworld), which contains multiple infinite dimensions, e.g. one of them is literally called a superdimensional space (btw that's literally 1-B, not 2-B):
that super-dimensional space cannot even be crossed without divine help, and even those who can end up in yet another "endless" (transcendent / eternal <-- aka == Outerversal) place called Elysium:
All of these places are part of the Underwold, and the God Hades sustains all of this already passively (all of it can also collapse if Hades is killed btw).
It's been many years since I've read Saint Seiya, but the one thing I remember for sure is that their Top Tiers and God Tiers scale much, MUCH higher than whatever Silver Surfer may ever have encountered in his own verse.
Atlas can lift the entire sky, so a feat like that could be interpreted at least as High 3-A (or here: 6++) strength / power, right. But how much of his power his children inherited I'm not sure.
I vaguely remember they created other humans by throwing rocks behind themselves.
They probably scale only to "Average Human" level, tbh.
