Powers of Y-Wing

Variants - The Y-Wing had two main variants used throughout its long lifespan.


• BTL-B - The main variant used by the Republic during the Clone Wars, this Y-Wing had a maximum speed of 1000 kph and was equipped with two forward facing laser cannons, a turret mounted ion cannon (manned by a crew member), two proton torpedo launchers and a proton bomb bay. It could also fly in hyperspace.
  
  
• BTL-A4 - The main variant used the the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War, this Y-Wing had a maximum speed of 1000kph (although it could likely go faster due to it stripping off armor) and was equipped with two forward facing laser cannons, two ion cannons mounted in an automated turret and proton bomb bay. It also had a munitions launcher that could be equipped with proton torpedos, cluster missiles, concussion missiles or ion torpedos. It was also equipped with a class 1 hyperdrive.
