Yuru

Yuru's History

Yuru, along with his twin sister Asa, was born in the Higashi village, the son of Nagisa and Mine. The leader of the village, Yamaha discovers that he and his sister are the twins of day and night and those who will rule the tsugai however to obtain such ability Yuru must die to obtain the power of Fuu.

Years later, a young Yuru went hunting with his father when a hunter tries to kill him, his father manages to avoid him and ends up killing the hunter, however this causes trauma to Yuru who was the first time someone tried to kill him. Mine tells him that from now on many people will try to kill him, however he should not let that happen no matter what and that when he returns to the village he should act as if nothing had happened. Yuru and his father stay one day in the forest. to assimilate what just happened and the next day they return to the village, hiding what happened from the villagers, Mine and Yuru go to visit their mother and Asa to see how they were, Mine tells Nagisa what had just happened. that she gets scared without mentioning anything to Yuru or Asa. Days later, Mine and Nagisa flee the village, taking Asa, leaving Yuru in the village so as not to arouse suspicion. Yamaha realizes what just happened and orders Kyoka to use one of her tsugai to impersonate for Asa and so Yuru wouldn't leave the village to look for his parents. Yuru cries when he realizes that his parents abandoned him and Asa, however his friend Danji mentions that everything will be fine while they talk Left and Right would listen to the conversation.

Several years later, a teenage Yuru would spend his days hunting on the outskirts of the village accompanied by Danji and taking care of his sister Asa. One day when Yuru goes hunting, the village is attacked by an unknown group of tsugai users who are looking for Yuru, this group is revealed to be the Kagemori family and one of its members turns out to be his real sister Asa.
